Hotel reservation will be done by the organizing committee regarding to the information provided by the guests in the registration form. In the same building of the Plenary Meeting venue, Crowne Plaza Hotel & Convention Center offers about 1000 rooms and are directly connected to the Plenary Meeting rooms.
